有些客户对安全性要求比较高，发布IE后希望相关的安全设定，比如隐藏地址栏、工具栏、收藏夹等等。
以前都是基于Windows2003来做的，IE6.这次做IE8时发现还是有些不一样，特整理一下，留着备用！
